Walther Holsters
Custom Kydex Walther Holsters
Every other brand on this site asks one question: which gun do you own. Walther adds a second, because it is the only manufacturer we press for that builds a separate pistol around a different-sized hand.
The PDP F-Series is not a colour option or a shorter barrel. It has its own grip circumference, its own trigger reach and its own lines in our selector — so across these 8 configurations, the F matters as much as the number.

4
PDP lines
Two barrel lengths in standard form and two more in F-Series, all tooled separately.
2.56 in
F-Series trigger reach
Shortened deliberately, along with the grip, for shooters with smaller hands.
20%
Less force to rack
What Walther engineered into the F-Series slide, which is a genuine design change.
8
Walther fitments
From a duty pistol down to a .22 that gets carried far more than people admit.
Fitment
The Number and the Letter Both Count
On the PDP side of the catalogue two things vary independently. The barrel length is the obvious one, running 3.5, 4 and 5 inches. The frame is the one people forget, because a standard PDP and an F-Series PDP of the same barrel length are not the same pistol.
Get both right and the rest of this range is straightforward. The smaller guns below are each their own design and share nothing with the PDP.
PDP — Four Lines, Two Variables
Walther’s current duty and carry platform, and the part of the range where barrel length and frame size have to be answered separately rather than as one question.
CCP and PPS — Slim Carry
The dedicated concealment guns, both single-stack and both narrow enough that a shell has very little width to work with. Neither borrows anything from the PDP range.
- CCP
- PPS Gen 2
PK380 and P22 — Small Bore
The rimfire and the .380, and easily the most underestimated corner of this catalogue. The P22 in particular gets carried and holstered far more often than its calibre suggests.

- P22
Deep dive: the Walther PDP holster page lays the four lines out as a grid, so you can find yours by length and frame together.
Not sure whether yours is an F-Series? The grip circumference and the reach to the trigger are the tells, and the box will say so. Send us a photo if it is not obvious and we will confirm before anything is cut.
Got the length and the frame?
Those two answers are the whole brief on a PDP. Add your hand and any light and the shell is formed around that combination.
Carry Style
Walther Holsters by Carry Style
A five-inch PDP and a PPS Gen 2 are opposite ends of a very short catalogue, and they want completely different mounting.

Light & Optic Ready
The PDP Takes Anything, the Small Guns Take Almost Nothing
The PDP range carries a full accessory rail on a duty-size frame, which puts effectively the whole list in play — a Streamlight TLR-1 or TLR-7, a SureFire X300U, an Olight PL-2 Pro or a Modlite PL350 all sit properly on one. That applies to the F-Series too; the frame is smaller but the rail is still there.
The CCP, PPS Gen 2, PK380 and P22 are the other story. These are slim or small-frame designs with little or no rail to work with, so a light is often not an option at all. Ask before you buy one rather than after.

Optic cuts. The PDP went optics-ready early and most of them you will meet are cut for a micro dot. Where yours is, we take the sight channel deep enough for a shielded housing to clear it completely, and that does not change which of the four PDP lines you order. Taller irons fitted to co-witness want that channel deeper again — mention them separately.

Popular Builds
Walther-Ready Holsters
Three builds spanning this catalogue. Say which line you own at checkout, along with your hand and clip.
Triton Series IWB Holster
$50
The plain starting point, and a sensible match for a PPS or a CCP where there is little width to play with.
Proteus Series IWB Holster
$60
Rides lower in the waistband, which suits a full-size PDP grip that would otherwise sit proud under a shirt.
Theseus Series Dual Color Holster
$85
Two-tone and switchable between belt positions, which earns its place on a duty pistol that also gets carried off shift.
Why Neptune
A Frame Built for a Smaller Hand Is Still a Different Frame
It would be easy to treat the F-Series as a standard PDP with a slimmer grip and press one shell for both. Walther changed the grip circumference and the slide, and both of those are surfaces a holster touches. Three consequences:
- The F-Series lines are held apart from the standard PDP rather than folded in, because a reduced grip circumference changes where the shell meets the frame at the rear.
- Barrel length and frame are treated as two separate questions on this brand, so a four-inch standard and a four-inch F never share a buck.
- On the small-bore guns we will tell you plainly when a light cannot be mounted, rather than selling a light-bearing shell for a pistol with nowhere to put one.
Each shell made individually by a veteran-owned shop in Middle Tennessee, about two working weeks from order. Meet the shop · all the brands we press for.

Walther Holster Questions
Give Us the Length and the Frame
On a PDP those are two separate answers, and the F-Series is a different pistol rather than a different finish. Tell us both.
