SIG Sauer Holsters

Custom Kydex SIG Sauer Holsters

SIG is the one brand where the name on the box genuinely will not tell us what to build. A P320 can wear three different slides on the same serialised fire control unit, and half the P365 range now exists in both comped and uncomped form.

So we press to the pistol in front of you rather than the model line: 30 SIG configurations, the largest catalogue of any brand we cover, spanning the P365 family, the whole P320 range, the classic P226 and the pocket guns.

Fitment

Which SIG Are You Actually Carrying?

With a P320 the registered component is the fire control unit, and that unit legally stays the same pistol while you swap the grip module and the slide around it. Your paperwork says P320; the holster only cares which slide is bolted on today.

The P365 line has the opposite problem — it grew sideways rather than upward, so grip length and slide length now vary independently across nine variants. Work out which one you have below.

P365 Family — Micro-Compact

The pistol that reset the category, then kept branching. Grip and slide length move independently here, and several variants exist with and without a comp.

P320 Family — Modular

One fire control unit, many hosts. Tell us the slide rather than the serial, because that is the part the Kydex has to wrap.

Classic & Hammer-Fired

The alloy-frame SIGs that built the reputation. Heavier guns with a high bore axis, which makes belt position matter more than it does on a striker gun.

Pocket, Rimfire & Specialty

Small frames and outliers. These conceal almost anywhere, which is exactly why a shell with sloppy retention is a problem rather than a nuisance.

Swapping slides on an FCU, or running a comp we have not listed? Tell us the slide and comp and we will confirm what we can press before you order.

Know your slide and your comp?

That is everything we need. Add your optic, light and hand, and the shell gets pressed around that exact combination.

Carry Style

SIG Holsters by Carry Style

A P365 and a P226 sit at opposite ends of the weight range. Let the gun decide the mounting, not the other way round.

SIG IWB Holsters

Inside the waistband, where the P365 and P938 were designed to live. Appendix or strong side.

SIG OWB Holsters

Outside the waistband for the P226, P220 and the longer P320 slides that carry real weight.

SIG Sidecar Holsters

Pistol and spare magazine on one chassis — the usual answer for a 10-round P365.

SIG Bundles

Pair the holster with a matching mag carrier and wallet in a single order.
Light & Optic Ready

Light-Bearing and Optic-Cut SIG Holsters

Micro-compacts are unforgiving about light choice. A P365 with a TLR-6 is a fundamentally different object from a P365 with a rail-mounted Foxtrot, and neither shares a shell with the bare pistol — the light is pressed into the mold as part of the gun, not accommodated around it.

Over 50 light and laser options are covered, and the SIG-native Foxtrot 1 and Foxtrot 1/2x sit alongside the Streamlight TLR range, SureFire X300U, Olight PL and Baldr, Inforce APL, Modlite PL350 and Nightstick.

Comps are a fitment question, not a finish. A Spectre or X-Macro comp extends and reshapes the muzzle end, so a comped pistol needs its own tooling — which is why the selector lists comped and uncomped versions separately. Say which you have, and flag suppressor-height irons so the sight channel gets cut to clear them.

Popular Builds

SIG-Ready Holsters

All three press to any SIG in the list above. Specify the slide, comp, optic, light and hand at checkout.

Triton Series IWB Holster

$50

The baseline inside-the-waistband shell, and the usual starting point for a P365 or P938.

Titan Convertible IWB / OWB + Mag

$135

Converts between inside and outside the waistband — a sensible match for a P320 that already changes configuration.

Chronos 2 Dual Layer OWB Paddle

$75

Dual-layer paddle that carries the weight of a P226 or an X5 Full without dragging the belt down.

Why Neptune

Why SIG Owners Need Tooling, Not a Size Chart

Most holster catalogues collapse SIG into three or four entries and hope. That works until you own a gun SIG built to be reconfigured, at which point a shell sized to a category rather than a slide starts letting the muzzle wander. Three things we do differently here:

Everything is cut and formed by hand in Middle Tennessee by a veteran-owned shop, to order, in 10 to 14 business days. Who we are · every brand we press for.

FAQ

SIG Sauer Holster Questions

If the slide length changed, yes. The fire control unit is the serialised part and it can legally move between grip modules and slides, but the holster wraps the slide and trigger guard, so a Compact shell will not hold an X5 Full correctly. If you only changed the grip module and kept the same slide, your existing holster should still fit. Tell us the slide length and we will confirm.
It does, and this catches people out. A Spectre Comp or an X-Macro Comp extends and reshapes the muzzle end of the pistol, so the shell has to be tooled around it. That is why our selector lists the comped and uncomped versions of the same gun as separate entries. Order the one that matches what is actually on your barrel.
No. The P365 family grew sideways rather than in a straight line — the XL has a longer slide and grip than the original, the X-Macro widens the grip again, and the Fuse and AXG Legion change things further. Each gets its own tooling. Pick the exact variant rather than the family, because the differences here are large enough to affect retention and how the muzzle sits.
Both, as separate patterns. The M17 is the full-size service pistol and the M18 is the compact, so they take different shells despite sharing a lineage and a finish. If yours wears a red dot or a light, specify those too — the military guns are usually running at least one of the two.
Yes. Our SIG shells clear slide-mounted optics on the optic-ready guns, which by now is most of the range. The detail worth mentioning at checkout is your iron sights: suppressor-height fronts stand taller than the optic window and need the channel opened further, and that is a different cut from clearing the dot alone.
On the standard P365 and P938 the compact lights are the realistic choice — the TLR-6 and the SIG Foxtrot 1 are what most owners run, and the TLR-7 Sub suits the XL and X-Macro. Full-size lights like the X300U belong on a P320 or a P226. Whichever you choose, name the exact model when you order, because the light is molded into the shell rather than added around it.
We do, including the MK25 and the X5. These are heavier alloy-framed pistols with a higher bore axis than the striker guns, so most owners carry them outside the waistband where the weight sits on the belt rather than against the hip. The Chronos 2 dual-layer paddle is the usual pick for that reason.
SIG-compatible builds run from $50 for the Triton Series IWB up to $135 for the Titan convertible set, with most single-holster orders between $60 and $90. Lead time is 10 to 14 business days because nothing is pre-made — the sheet is cut and formed once we know your slide, comp, optic and light.
